ArtLover's Amiga Andrea

It's just a click away to meet people in the internet world. Some friends come and goes like soft drifting sand...while others remain there among your list of friends, yet they are just mere icons and numbers.
There are also friends who would constantly "like" your post and sometimes make some comment But there are friends who mark so deep, they inspire you...they are treasures to keep, and among them is our Dearest Amiga, no other than Ms. Andrea V. Lisi from Almirante Brown, Buenos Aires, Argentina (I have to make that complete because she will get mad at me. Just kidding, she is a proud Argentinian and we would usually discuss about her beloved motherland, politics, and some cultural exchanges too...)

For the benefit of our recent Tagged ArtLovers, Amiga Andrea is one of the founding member from our original Tagged Page and had contributed a lot in keeping that site rolling and active up until now, religiously posting comments, sending luvs, and tags.
She's also one of those person who remind us on Birthday celebrants and would ask that their artworks be featured. Now it's time for us to greet her on this special day...
HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMIGA!!!!

Cheers!
By the way Andrea also introduce to me Argentina's National beverage called Yerba Mate

Rebirth of ArtLovers

Once an artist will always be an artist. A friend of mine, once told me that even if you cut a painters hand, he will still find ways to express himself artistically. Years later I realized the truth in that expression...
Although an artist may venture into other field, or join another school of discipline, the artist in him/her will still flourish and shine.
Hereby, I will present to you works from some of Tagged ArtLover friends who in one way or another hibernate for awhile or re-emerges from a metamorphic renewal in their creative lives.
One of the original founding member of Tagged ArtLover Group, is my dear Amiga Andrea V. Lisi, she had been absent on the art scene for quite a long time, and that I was truly happy to see her with new sets of artworks again...

I also would like to mention some of our members who have found new vigor in venturing into drawings again which she admits had taken a backseat for quite sometimes...Here's the renewed passion from Manisha Bathia:

I also would like to mention a work by Simran Kaur one of my favorite blogger and here she said is just a trial, and hopefully we see more of her work soon:

We've seen how Autumn Eliza excel in her artistry day by day, and here is her latest charcoal piece:

Definitely not in hibernation but is very much involve in his art is Jess Hubahib Najarro but nonetheless I would like to highlight his latest piece  for this update:

Blog on Focus:
Photos by Jan
Photos of random items. Some reflecting a mood I am in, others for the shear joy of it. Challenge and persistence in finding that perfect shot, without manipulating the situation is key for me. No lessons here, I don't have the knowledge to teach. (Click here to visit the Blog)

Eating Life Raw by Leah Griffith

My PhotoEver since I was a little girl I've always wished for things that I didn’t have. Things like: a beautiful singing voice, long legs, and strong nails—Oh, and a great dad. I was constantly comparing myself to the girls on TV, or in those glossy fashion magazines, which left me feeling dissatisfied with my life and never quite up to par. Well, now I’m saying "screw it" to all the things that I will never have! I, Leah Griffith, intend to embrace my life by pushing through the illusions and the lies in order to find out exactly what I do have. I'm going to take a good stab at eating life raw! It probably won't be pretty, but it's definitely better than living my life wishing I were somebody else.

Crazy Picture Fictions chapter 4

by Frank O
Awhile ago we left our adventurer Aaaron and Fher taking a detour in a restaurant...to avoid a suspicious stranger that had been following them. They seems to have forgotten their course as the liquor overshadow them...they filled their belly with drinks....
by Aree M. Salvador-Marin
Their belly grew bigger as they drink (Oh can't find a better representation than this one. LOL) and turning Disillusioned (Jessica Brant) as the spirit engulf them...

Yes, I am  a tippler,always making merry,
Who drinks the liqueur distilled in the Nature's brewery,
Where the bees and butterflies bring in the honey
Collected from the roses, foxgloves and peony.

Which is then brewed in the morning dew
Sent by Diana from her heavenly blue,
And some stardust is also added to it
To make the concoction more intoxicating.
Seraphs then gather around to propose the toast,
"Cheers, girl, you are our dear sibling!"

Getting drunk and giddy, I lean on the sun,
Who becomes moon-cold to join in the fun!
        (A Tippler by Portia Burton)

Oblivious from the sets of eyes hiding in the shadows. Waiting for his moment, watching motionless...anticipating for the moment our two adventurers making any lapses as they drink...
This is the cue...The mysterious stranger suddenly move towards their table...he was holding something that shimmers and metallic, he took it from his side as he slowly made some careful steps...he realized the two were already drowsy so he stood right next to them, moving his head from side to side scanning the place for any soul that might still be around. He found none...
This made him decide to put the metallic thing right in front of them, then he cleared his mouth and said "Ah Sirs, we are closing..." So he's the attendant after all and the metal that shimmers was the bill platter "Here's your bill." he pull the papers...and show you this...

by Jess Hubahib Najarros

Ah...who's that? Aaron asked...the waiter was confused, then he looked at the bill. "Err...sorry sir wrong paper." he said scratching his head and finally handed the receipt.

Our adventurer now took the streets still a bit tipsy but move forward to see Mari Sterling Wilbur...it was already dark and the road were bustling...

  We embarked fearlessly
On a road, you and I
A promise, love and hope
Our only guiding light,
(The Road by Rimly Bezbaruah)

"Are you sure we can get there with only those as our guide?" Fher asked Aaron Offord.
Aaron paused. Maybe they have taken the whole adventure in an impulse. A promise? Love? Hope? Are those enough to solve the mysteries of  Melissa's disappearance. Then they look at the sky above...
by Jerly Thinkingspace

"Let us ask for their guidance." In union both of them whispered. This gave them new courage to go on with this adventure. In fact they have come to chapter 4 (Thanks to Tagged ArtLover Group members who kept posting their works) and it is just proper not to let down those following this blog who is anticipating it's sequels.
The following day  the drama continues...
The sun is already loosing its glow...and the moon taking its place...when they reach Mari's place...
by Andrea V. Lisi
Instantly their attention was caught by this amazing place...noticing wonderful collections of rare flowers...
by TianBian Ham

by Carole Chichi
   And some butterflies too...
by Babis Kiliaris
Seems being pulled by a strong current  they walk inside drawn by the tantalizing landscape of Mari's Garden...
Then they heard loud barking and its rushing towards their direction fast and before they could move a large dog came charging their way...
by MaryPoet Rios
Snarling and in rage the beast or Mari's guard dog charges the intruder...our adventurers panic...

   TO BE CONTINUED...
